Samira’s Closet is happy to offer a Refund or Exchange online. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases, only exchange.

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchanges for jewellery, change of mind or if you make a wrong decision .

Please note that no refunds are offered on Sale Items, exchanges only. Credit notes are to be redeemed on products and or styling sessions. Refunds can not be used on credit notes. Products redeemed on credit notes can only be exchanged. 

Sale Items

Except if the item is faulty, Sale Items cannot be returned, only exchanged.

It is considered a Sale item when an item is:

1. marked at a discounted price;
2. Purchased during a temporary promotion period (ie VIP Days, One Day sales, discount offers etc); or
3. Purchased using a coupon or a promotional code;

We do not refund on international orders, we only exchange. 

Claims for damage or non-functionality of the product must be made within 5 days of receipt and returned within 4 business days of Return RA.

Please email us at info@samirascloset.com.au, upon receipt should you have a problem with your purchase. 

We will then respond to you within 24hours. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorisation number. We inspect all items before we ship them, however, we will replace any defective merchandise returned in its original packaging within 4 days.  Faulty product must be returned at your cost.
All items must be returned in ''as-new'' condition, in any original packaging and tags with no marks or makeup, Failure to return goods in this condition will affect the value of the refund.If we deem that the item is not in perfect condition i.e. original, unworn and unwashed, the item will be returned to the customer.
