Samira’s Closet is happy to offer a Refund or Exchange online. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases, only exchange. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchanges for jewellery, change of mind or if you make a wrong decision. Please note that no refunds are offered on Sale Items, exchanges only. Credit notes are to be redeemed on products and or styling sessions. Refunds can not be used on credit notes. Products redeemed on credit notes can only be exchanged.
Claims for damage or non-functionality of the product must be made within 5 days of receipt and returned within 4 business days of Return RA.
